　　 According to ISO9001 standards, the Quality Monitoring Headquarters set up materials testing group, measurement group, sampling group, supplementary materials examination group, finished products examination group, production process supervision & check group and other 9 groups, respectively carry out supervision and control on various materials and equipment accessories entering into factory, carry out supervision and test on various products going out of factory, equip quality and measurement system with advanced configuration and test equipments.

　　To ensure the effective operation of the quality system,the Quality Monitoring Headquarters of our company also implements a series of strengthened management measures: 1) strengthen the control of the production process. In addition to their own management from plant and workshop, the Headquarters carries out the direct supervision and controlon each process that will impact on the product quality, organizes special personnel to patrol for supervision and inspection, at any time master the quality dynamics during production process, in time deal with the problems occurred on the site. 2) strengthen the control of test. From raw and auxiliary materials entrance into factory to finished products ex-factory, three-test system (self test, mutual test and specialized test) is implemented in the whole process, make sure that unqualified raw and auxiliary materials are rejected, and substandard product are notdelivered to the customers. 3) strengthen the control of measurement and detection system.

The Measurement Division of the Quality Monitoring Headquarters routinely scans and monitors the state of measurement of the whole company, also establishes its own standardized rooms and maintenance rooms, promptly solves the problems with the measurement instruments.
