         The Environmental Protection Undertaking Line, with the full name of the Environmental Protection Branch Company of Henan Lianhua Monosodium Glutamate Co., Ltd, subordinates the first sewage treatment plant, the second sewage treat plant, and the production operation line which mainly aims at company’s sewage treatment, production and sales of compound fertilizer, has over 1000 existing workers, takes up the area of 240 mu, possesses the total capital of Rmb200 million Yuan, is equipped with the annual sewage treatment capacity of over 2 million tons, all the wastewater after treatment reaches the national discharge standards on the content of COD, NH3-N, has the annual production capacity of 120 thousand tons of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer, the annual output value reaches Rmb96 million Yuan.
          The first sewage treatment plant is mainly responsible for the treatment of wastewater discharged from the North Undertaking Line of MSG Production, has over 400 existing workers, and takes up the area of over 100 mus. The plant is built in 1993, has completed the UASB anaerobic project and SBR aerobic project, both with total treatment capacity of 4000m3 of wastewater per day, after large scale transformation and construction in 1995 and 1997, and from 1998 to 2001 self researches and develops, builds 2 compound fertilizer production line, with the designed annual production capacity of 80 thousand tons of compound fertilizer.The second sewage treatment plant is mainly responsible for the treatment of wastewater discharged from the North Undertaking Line of MSG Production, has over 500 existing workers, takes up the area of over 130 mus. The plant is built in 1993, has completed the UASB anaerobic project and SBR aerobic project, both with total treatment capacity of 5000m3 of wastewater per day, after large scale transformation and construction in 1995 and 1997, and from 1998 to 2001 self researches and develops, builds 2 compound fertilizer production line, with the designed annual production capacity of 100 thousand tons of compound fertilizer.
